1. Our Return Policy
We want you to love every product you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on eligible items within 7 Days of delivery.
Important: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in original packaging. Opened or used products are not eligible unless defective.
2. Eligible & Non-Eligible Items
Eligible for Return
- Sealed / unopened products in original condition
- Damaged or defective products (with photo evidence)
- Wrong product delivered
- Products with missing components or accessories
Not Eligible for Return
- Opened or partially used products (health & wellness / personal care)
- Sale or discounted items, unless defective
- Gift cards or digital products
- Items returned after the 7 Days window
- Items not in original packaging
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email kalodiyagaurav@gmail.com with your order number and reason, within 7 Days of delivery.
- Attach clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- Our team will review and respond within 48 business hours.
- If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide a return address.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
4. Refunds
- Refunds credited to your original payment method within 5–7 Days.
- Cash on Delivery orders: refund via bank transfer — please share bank details when initiating.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a fresh order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting +91 88 60519482 or kalodiyagaurav@gmail.com. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — initiate a return after delivery instead.
