Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number and courier details.
Order cut-off note: Orders placed after 5 PM IST on weekdays, or on Sundays and public holidays, will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
We ship all across India. Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary based on location, courier availability, and external factors.

3. Shipping Partners
We work with Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery. The courier partner assigned to your order may vary depending on your delivery location and product type. All our partners are tracked services — you will always have a tracking number.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment in real time on the courier's website. If you face any difficulty tracking your order, please contact us at kalodiyagaurav@gmail.com with your order number.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If all attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In the event of a return-to-origin, we will reach out to you to arrange re-delivery — please note that re-shipping charges may apply.
Tip: Ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours, or provide an alternate contact number at checkout to avoid missed deliveries.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
We are not responsible for orders that are undelivered or delayed due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unserviceable address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If you notice an error in your delivery address immediately after placing an order, contact us at kalodiyagaurav@gmail.com or +91 88605 19482 as soon as possible. We can only make address corrections before the order is dispatched.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders up to ₹2,000. A small COD handling fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout. COD is not available for remote or rural pin codes.
8. Shipping Delays
While we always aim to meet the estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:
- Natural disasters, floods, or extreme weather conditions
- Courier strikes or operational disruptions
- Government restrictions or public holidays
- High-volume sale periods (e.g., festive seasons)
- Remote or difficult-to-access delivery locations
We appreciate your patience in such situations. Our team will keep you informed of any significant delays.
9. Lost or Missing Shipments
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your order, please:
- Check with neighbours, building security, or any family members who may have accepted the parcel.
- Contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
- Email us at kalodiyagaurav@gmail.com within 48 hours of the reported delivery date.
We will investigate with our courier partner and work to resolve the issue promptly. Claims raised after 48 hours of the reported delivery date may not be eligible for a resolution.
10. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you have already accepted the parcel, email us at kalodiyagaurav@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
